During NEXT you will develop technical and soft skills that support a career in technology. You will work in real projects with impact and gain a wide range of experience.

What you will do

- Work directly in multidisciplinary agile teams where you influence products in areas such as booking, payments, and searches, using technologies such as Java 8 to Java 11, ES6, Backbone,



ReactJS, VueJS, Lodash, Kafka, Cassandra, Redis, Neo4j, BigTable, Docker, Google Cloud, SASS, Mocha, Chai, Selenium, Cucumber, WebPack, Babel, Grunt, NPM.
- Develop hands‑on experience with AI development tools, including GitHub Copilot and other AI‑powered coding assistants.
- Follow a dedicated onboarding and career path tailored to your goals, with the possibility of choosing a backend or frontend track.
- Receive mentoring from experienced peers, guided training and on‑the‑job learning with senior developers, architects, QA managers, and more.
- Work in an open culture where feedback is valued and collaboration is encouraged.
