In this role, you drive end-to-end process improvement with a focus on automation and AI within HR and payroll operations. You will design scalable, data-driven solutions, partnering with IT and stakeholders to rollout changes across near-shoring and offshoring contexts. You help reduce manual work, introduce intelligent automation, and support decision-making with insights. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you shape how processes evolve to meet future needs.
