Digital Strategy, or a related field preferred.Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing Content Management within the pharmaceutical industry.Minimum 15 years of multifunctional experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries.Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience across local market and above-country marketing and commercial functions.Demonstrated direct leadership experience, including leading large organizations and developing high-performing teams.Proven track record in strategic marketing, execution excellence, and large-scale business transformation.Deep understanding of content production, content supply chains, omnichannel engagement, content adaptation, and modular content strategies.Experience driving digital innovation, automation, and Artificial Intelligence-enabled capabilities within complex global matrix organizations.Desirable Requirements:Large market
