In this role you will lead the adoption and enablement of AI across Wind Engineering, driving training, change management, and cost governance. You partner with engineering teams to pilot and scale AI tools, ensure adoption, and measure value. You own the AI enterprise budget and ensure spend aligns with outcomes. You build communities of practice, design targeted training, and communicate strategy across stakeholders. You contribute to shaping AI-enabled engineering workflows at GE Vernova.

• Lead structured adoption plans for new AI tools and technologies aligned with engineering priorities and user needs.
• Partner with engineering teams to pilot and scale AI tools that improve workflows and productivity.
• Identify and address adoption barriers including usability, trust, access, workflow fit, and cultural resistance.
• Track adoption, utilization,



and user satisfaction to inform prioritization and investment decisions.
• Escalate, re-evaluate, or rationalize tools not achieving sustained adoption.
• Own and manage the AI enterprise cost budget including GitHub Copilot, compute, and AWS services.
• Ensure cost-driven implementation; justify costs by measurable adoption and business value.
• Collaborate with Finance and Digital/IT for budget visibility, forecasting, and cost/value reporting.
• Evaluate new tool investments for capability fit, cost sustainability, adoption likelihood, and alignment to Wind Engineering priorities.
• Rationalize underutilized or non-value-delivering tools.
• Design, build, and maintain AI training and enablement programs from foundational literacy to advanced skills.
• Tailor training to engineering roles and personas; map to AI strategy and career progression.
• Continuously update training content reflecting new tools and governance requirements.
