Join Avolta and be part of a team that’s shaping the future of travel - together.PURPOSE OF THE ROLEThe People Technology Analyst ensures that Avolta’s People processes are correctly designed, governed, and enabled through Nexus (SAP SuccessFactors). This role acts as a senior functional HR expert, translating People policies, labour-law requirements, and operational needs into scalable system solutions. It safeguards process integrity, data quality, and compliance across the end-to-end employee lifecycle. The role partners closely with People, IT, Payroll, and Finance to enable consistent global People operations.
It is a key contributor to Avolta’s global People Technology transformation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESActs as a functional HR subject-matter expert for Nexus, covering hire-to-retire processesDesigns and defines global People processes, balancing integral standards with local requirementsTranslates HR policies, compliance needs, and operational realities into functional system designLeads functional analysis and produces high-quality documentation (FRDs, AS-IS / TO-BE processes, SOPs, RACI)Owns and protects the People data model (employee data, job architecture, position management, org structures)Ensures data quality, GDPR compliance, and strong People data governancePartners with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate integrations and downstream process reliabilityDefines functional reporting and People KPIs to support decision-makingActs as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, challenging requests that risk compliance, data integrity, or sustainabilitySupports change, adoption, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within People TechnologyWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or People Technology, with hands-on experience within an HR functionStrong functional understanding of end-to-end HR processes and the employee lifecycleHands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar enterprise HR systemsExperience working in global, multi-country environmentsAbility to translate complex People requirements into clear, sustainable system solutionsStrong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable influencing without authority and operating in complex environmentsFluent English is mandatory
