In this role you will lead the Customer App UX at Glovo, shaping the user experience for millions of daily users. You’ll guide a multidisciplinary team, align UX with product and business goals, and contribute hands-on to advance craft and impact. You’ll champion user needs, base roadmaps on research and data, and drive scalable design systems. This position offers influence across the UX leadership and a chance to grow the maturity of design practices in a fast-moving company.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of end-to-end digital product design leadership in consumer-facing apps
• Experience leading and mentoring design teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong strategic plus hands-on capabilities at product/UX intersection
• Systems thinking with experience scaling design systems across multiple teams
• Proficiency in design operations, rituals, governance, and scalable processes
• Ability to translate research and data into measurable actions for roadmaps
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in product-led, high-growth tech settings with distributed teams
• Portfolio or case studies showing impact in consumer apps and complex ecosystems
