and deliver high-quality SAP BI products.- Protect the agile squad from external distractions and actively remove architectural or organizational impediments hindering daily progress.- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Product Owners, and Domain Leaders to refine, prioritize, and maintain a healthy product backlog.- Monitor and report squad performance, velocity metrics, and risks to management during weekly run mode general interfaces.Your profile:- Min.5 years of professional experience in Agile Leadership, Coaching, or Scrum Master roles.- Technical expertise in extended Scrum frameworks, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles, and agile governance.- Hands-on experience working with Agile project management tools (such as Jira or Agility) to track PI delivery, dependencies, and metrics.- Background or strong functional knowledge within Data Analytics domains and SAP BI product environments.- Advanced Scrum Master certifications (e.g., PSM, SASM, SSM) are highly desirable.WHICH BENEFITS WILL YOU HAVE AS AIRBUS EMPLOYEE?
