Your mission in our team:You will lead complex, international railway signaling projects from early negotiation to successful handover. Your goal is to drive financial success, build strong customer partnerships,



and deliver cutting-edge ERTMS and CTC systems that revolutionize global rail transport.
You’ll make a difference by:
- Leading the end-to-end execution of international railway projects, ensuring financial targets, quality standards, and timelines are met.
- Driving contract negotiations, claim management, and procurement strategies to optimize project profitability and cash flow.
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with integral customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks proactively while capturing new business opportunities.
- Empowering and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver complex Mainline and Mass Transit solutions.

Your success is grounded in:
- A solid background (2+ years) managing projects within the railway signaling industry.
- Technical understanding of Interlocking (I/L), ERTMS, and Centralized Traffic Control (CTC) systems.
