Following our path to becoming the leading European permissioned data infrastructure platform, we are ready to build a powerful new revenue engine.
Up until now, partnerships have been managed directly by our CEO and co-founder. Now, we are looking for our very first dedicated Partnership Manager to professionalize, own, and scale this function from scratch.
This isn't a role for someone who just wants to 'schmooze' or hunt for massive integral logos that result in empty slide decks. We are looking for a hyper-commercial, tactical builder. You will be responsible for identifying and executing the right channel plays with tactical resellers and integrators to unlock the mid-market and enterprise financial institutions across Europe.

What You'll Be Doing:
As our first Partnership Manager, you will have a unique chance to set up our partner playbook from scratch. Your goal in Year 1 is to build the operational infrastructure and sign the right strategic partners. By Year 2, you will scale this into a compounding machine driven by hard Sourced and Influenced revenue targets.
Your role will encompass:

- Partner Identification & Acquisition: Scout, pitch, and sign tactical regional and international partners.
- Deal Sourcing & Co-Selling: Drive a clear pipeline of Sourced Revenue. Work closely with partner reps, map out account lists, and incentivize them to pull Permisso into active mid-market and enterprise deals.
