Experteer Overview
As a Senior PreSales Consultant, you will partner with sales, product, and services teams to articulate Provenir’s risk-decisioning platform to financial services clients. You’ll translate business challenges into compelling, value-driven propositions and demonstrate how the solution addresses credit risk, fraud, and financial crime needs. You will be a go-to expert, shaping solution strategies to accelerate revenue and win rates while collaborating across global teams.

• Conduct customer discovery to identify needs and pain points
• Develop and deliver value-focused demonstrations and presentations
• Support the sales cycle with Qu0026A, workshops, and RFP responses
• Design architecture workshops to define aligned solution blueprints
• Coordinate with Professional Services to ensure smooth handoffs and delivery alignment
• Partner with Data Science to map client needs to AI/ML capabilities
• Create tailored demonstration environments for industry use cases
• Present thought leadership at webinars, conferences, and events
• Advise clients on market trends, regulatory pressures, and best practices in Credit Risk, Fraud, and Financial Crime
• Collaborate with internal teams to address objections and fill functional gaps




• Document sales artifacts for seamless transition to delivery
• Share content with general PreSales team for education and process improvement
• Contribute to internal enablement sessions and product feedback for roadmaps

Responsabilidades
• Minimum of 5 years supporting or collaborating with sales teams in software or consulting
• At least 3 years in financial services, especially in decisioning (Credit Risk, Application Fraud, Financial Crime, Sanctions, Portfolio Management, or Collections)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Strong stakeholder relationship-building and collaboration skills
• Excellent planning, organizational, and multi-workstream management abilities
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn
