Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition APAC & EMEA, based in Malaysia,
this role will lead full‑cycle recruitment for junior to mid‑level positions, including internships and early‑career opportunities, across the EMEA region.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced, international environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences. You will partner closely with business leaders, People & Culture teams, and general Talent Acquisition colleagues to attract top talent, strengthen diverse talent pipelines, and support Mattel’s growth ambitions.
What Your Impact Will Be:
As a trusted Talent Acquisition partner, you will:
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and talent mapping through offer management and onboarding support.
- Proactively identify and engage passive talent through creative sourcing strategies and networking initiatives.
