Role Overview
The TPRM Team Lead (m/f/d)



will be responsible for managing the delivery organization in Spain that provides Third Party Risk Management services to Allianz entities globally, with direct delivery responsibilities for a key client entity. The role oversees a team that may include team leads, TPRM experts, and senior experts, adjusts team capacity and skills to demand, and ensures day-to-day service delivery, while personally performing TPRM officer tasks for a relevant Allianz entity to maintain a strong, hands-on connection with client work.

What You Do

- Service Delivery Management of TPRM as a service delivered from the Spain hub to Allianz entities across the Group (SLAs, quality, capacity).
- Incident and problem management for the service.
- Execution of test strategy, quality checklists, and reporting metrics for entities served, in line with integral Digital Resilience standards.
