Position Overview
As a Product Adoption Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in the Design & Manufacturing space as they begin their journey with Autodesk solutions. Working across the EMEA region and reporting to the Manager of Emerging Business Customer Success, you’ll drive high‑quality customer engagements through proactive outreach — via phone, email,
and digital channels — to ensure customers are activated, onboarded, and set up for long‑term success. Your passion for technology, understanding of the D&M; industry, and ability to connect with customers across markets will make you an essential part of our integral Customer Success team.
Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary contact for customers during product activation — guiding them through login, user assignment, and project setup
- Drive a high volume of quality engagements via phone, email, and other digital channels to maximize customer impact
- Develop and execute onboarding and adoption strategies that increase customer value and product usage
- Support customers through early product milestones, identifying and resolving friction points before they become risk
- Analyze activation and usage data to identify trends, surface insights, and improve customer outcomes
