Your Impact in This Role
As part of the IS Team, The General Digital Foundations Director is responsible for the global delivery and evolution of Sibelco’s core technology environment, including infrastructure, digital workplace, cloud platforms, cybersecurity,



service integration and the application and data platform landscape. The role leads internal teams and strategic partners to deliver these services and ensures reliable, secure, and scalable technological operations across the company’s global footprint. The position also oversees integral service performance, vendor delivery and the Digital Foundations budget across operations and projects, ensuring continuous improvement and cost efficiency of the technology landscape.
Responsibilities

Define and execute the Digital Foundations roadmap aligned with business priorities and the IS strategy, translating business needs into technology capabilities and initiatives.
Lead and develop a global technology team (5 direct reports) and global partners. Build capabilities in architecture, cybersecurity, data and digital delivery. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and innovation.
