Full-time, on-site position offering opportunities for career growth. Contract: indefinite. Salary: 2,540 € bruts/month on 14 payments. Working hours: 09:00-14:00 and 16:00-19:00, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

- Study project plans
- Prepare renders
- Estimate and specify materials
- Conduct measurements
- Prepare cost estimates
- Plan and monitor construction progress
- Draw layouts and other related tasks

Qualifications and Requirements
- Relevant degree in architecture, engineering, or a related technical field
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Knowledge of CYPE, PRESTO, M4PRO, or similar software preferred xqbhyrx
- Valid driving license (Category B)
- Superior Spanish language skills (both written and spoken)
- Students in final year of study are welcome to apply
- Must hold a degree relevant to the offered position
