At UBE Corporation Europe, we are looking for a Business Development Manager - CASE Markets to drive the growth of our business within the Coatings and Polyurethanes markets across Europe.We are seeking a professional who combines strong technical expertise with a commercial mindset, capable of building long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and leading strategic projects with international impact.If you are passionate about business development, customer engagement and working in a multinational environment, we would like to meet you.How will your day-to-day look?You will play a key role in driving growth across strategic markets while working in a highly international environment.Your main responsibilities will include:Develop and manage customer relationships within the Coatings and Polyurethane markets.Identify new business opportunities and lead commercial development activities across assigned territories.Provide both technical and commercial support to customers,



understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.Work closely with Technical Service, Product Management, Supply Chain and Customer Service teams.Lead customer projects from the initial evaluation phase through to industrial implementation.Monitor market trends, applications and competitive developments within the CASE industry.Support sales forecasting, market analysis and CRM activities.Contribute to the expansion and positioning of UBE in key European growth markets.Maintain regular interaction with international customers and cross-functional general teams.What are we looking for?EducationDegree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or a related field.ExperienceProven experience within the Coatings and Polyurethane markets.Strong combination of technical expertise and commercial responsibility.Experience managing customers and business development activities in France and the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).Experience worki
