Role Mission
As an Operational Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing and optimizing processes by implementing innovative strategies to improve efficiency for one of our most important clients. Reporting to the Account Director, and acting as the main point of contact for the different internal teams, this role will centralize knowledge, implement innovative strategies,



and explore new KPIs and methodologies to ensure operational excellence. You will play a critical role in integrating new work methods, fostering collaboration, and advancing innovation across Social Advocacy.
Key responsibilities

Optimize processes and drive operational excellence by analyzing workflows, improving SOPs, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and integrating new creator types, platforms, and content formats across Social, Influencer Marketing, and Social Commerce.
Develop data-driven performance frameworks by analyzing operational data, creating KPIs, maintaining documentation, and providing insights to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Drive innovation strategies across Social Advocacy by implementing new performance models, identifying emerging opportunities, and collaborating on initiatives that increase influence, share of voice, and commercial impact.
