Lead, motivate, and support the professional growth of engineers and technical team leads through weekly 1:1s and individual career development plans.
Manage team performance by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing feedback, and supporting team members through improvement processes or role transitions.
Oversee the team's technical quality, including code reviews, coding standards, architecture, and infrastructure.
Identify, prioritize, and address technical debt, communicating its impact to relevant stakeholders.
Anticipate risks and improvement opportunities before they become pain points, proposing solutions with sound technical judgment and a team-oriented mindset.
