What you’ll do
You will manage a portfolio of committed business partners: IT resellers, HR consultancies, accounting firms, and technology distributors. These partners sell,
implement and support Factorial to their clients and grow each client's Factorial usage. Your job is to make those partners technically capable and fully independent on the platform so they build a services economy on top of our product.
This is a B2B2B model. You do not manage end customers directly. You manage the people who manage end customers. That means your success is measured by what your partners achieve, not by what you do yourself. It requires a different kind of influence, a high operational ceiling, and a significantly higher tolerance for ambiguity.
As a Partner Services Manager, you take full strategic ownership of the technical enablement and onboarding lifecycle for our partner ecosystem. While you are not client-facing, you own the entire process to ensure autonomy, quality, and retention.
