Role SummaryThe Labour Relations Manager is the company’s lead expert on labour relations in Iberia responsible for shaping and executing the labour relations strategy, managing negotiations with unions and employee representatives,



and ensuring full compliance with labour law. The role serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership while actively managing collective bargaining, labour conflicts, and labour-related risks.
Key ResponsibilitiesLabour Relations & Compliance
- Lead and manage relationships with Works Councils, Trade Unions, and employee representatives.
- Prepare, lead, and negotiate collective bargaining agreements and company-level accords.
- Act as the company’s main representative in collective negotiations, consultations, and formal labour processes.
- Manage collective labour procedures, including restructurings, organizational changes, and collective measures.
- Ensure full compliance with Spanish labour legislation, collective agreements, and internal policies.
