What You'll Do

Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering end-to-end transformations across clients' claims, pricing and underwriting functions
Drive end-to-end transformation programs,



working across strategy consultants, data scientists, data engineers and solution architects to deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions
Collaborate with integral, multidisciplinary teams to support insurance transformation projects across international engagements
Work closely with global leaders of BCG's global initiative focused on transforming clients' claims, pricing and underwriting functions, contributing to a global specialist squad
Contribute to large-scale insurance transformation programs, with opportunities to work on international engagements under BCG's travel standards

What You'll Bring

At least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in insurance technical excellence functions such as pricing, claims or underwriting
Previous consulting experience is preferred; experience in insurance companies, insurance assistance companies or insurance consulting firms is highly v
