The mission of the Operations Excellence Manager is to support hotel operations in driving performance, process optimization, and sustainable profitability across assigned properties.
The role focuses on identifying, structuring, and executing operational improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, cost control, guest experience, and employee engagement, fully aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Acting as a catalyst for continuous improvement,



the Operations Excellence Manager simplifies and optimizes operational processes, strengthens performance governance, and ensures measurable outcomes through structured project management and disciplined follow-up.
The position also plays a key role in identifying best practices, fostering innovative solutions, and reinforcing a culture of ownership, accountability, and operational excellence across hotels.
