- English C1 or higher – written and spoken.
- +5 years of experience creating advanced software packages in enterprise environments.
- +5 years of experience managing end-to-end software packaging requests, coordinating multiple requests simultaneously.
- Strong expertise in scripting: PowerShell, Ansible, PSADT.
- Solid hands-on experience with software packaging tools (e.g., Orca) and formats such as MSI, MSIX, Intunewin.
- Proven experience in software distribution platforms:



Microsoft SCCM and Intune.
- Valuable experience integrating packaging processes into broader IT service and deployment workflows.
- Knowledge of networks, databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB), software development, and API management.
- Solid experience working with Agile, ITIL, or similar service management methodologies.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Clear internal customer orientation and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of software packaging requests: intake, analysis, registration, package creation, testing, delivery, deployment, and post-implementation support.
