What You'll Do

- Full Sales Cycle: Manage prospects from first contact through product demonstrations, free trial management, subscription closing, and successful handover to the Customer Experience team.
- Outbound Sales: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (approximately 80–100 calls per day) using system-assigned leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Consultative Selling:



Understand client needs and present tailored Doofinder solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline, accurately update CRM records, and consistently achieve activity and revenue KPIs.
- Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed monthly targets for calls, product demonstrations, trial-to-paid conversions, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
- Continuous Learning: Participate in onboarding, coaching sessions, and ongoing product and sales training to strengthen your commercial skills.

What We Are Looking For

- Language Skills: Fluent or bilingual proficiency (C1/C2) in American English, Czech, German, Dutch, French, or Polish.
- Residence Requirement: Candidates must already reside in Spain. This is mandatory, including candidates working with international markets.
- Sales Experience: 1–6 years of proven commercial experience in Account Executive, BDR, SDR
