In this role you design and productionize AI-driven solutions for Allianz’s Data Analytics Solutions team. You will build agentic AI systems and ensure they deliver measurable business outcomes in collaboration with global stakeholders. You’ll work on end-to-end model development, orchestration, and secure integrations within an enterprise setting. This is an opportunity to shape AI applications for a leading insurance brand and grow with a cross-functional, innovation-driven team.Compensaciones / Incentivos• Design and implement ML models and LLM-powered applications with robust architectures• Architect end-to-end agentic AI solutions including task decomposition, tool calls, memory management and multi-agent orchestration• Develop models spanning traditional ML (LightGBM, XGBoost, Scikit-Learn) and state-of-the-art LLMs• Create evaluation frameworks and feedback loops (offline/online testing, regression suites, human-in-the-loop)• Build secure integrations between AI models and internal APIs, databases, and SaaS, with proper access controls• Optimize AI services for latency, reliability, and cost through caching,



streaming, batching, and circuit breakers• Implement security measures, including prompt defenses, audit logging, and privacy compliance• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Platform Engineers, and Product Managers to ship enterprise capabilities• Write clean, testable code and maintain CI/CD pipelines with clear documentation and runbooksResponsabilidades• 3-5 years in end-to-end ML or LLM projects• Expert-level Python programming and software engineering fundamentals• Solid ML product lifecycle and MLOps experience• Hands-on with LLM orchestration xqbhyrx frameworks: PydanticAI, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or equivalent• CI/CD and containerization: GitHub Actions, Jenkins; Docker, Kubernetes• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure preferred) and with MS AI Foundry and MosaicAI• Experience with service monitoring: logging, tracing, metrics• Strong cross-functional coordination and agile delivery skills• Interest in IT and GenAI is valuedRequisitos principales• hybrid work model• bonus scheme• pension• employee shares program• healthcare• parental leave
