We are looking for an Operations & Services Coordinator to join our team at La Roca Village and elevate the ultra ‑ luxury experience we offer to our most distinguished guests.
As our Operations & Services Coordinator, you will provide support to the Operations Team with the security, cleaning and maintenance of the Village. You will Maintain the standards and priorities set by the Operations Manager and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Village with the Operations Team.
About the role
- Provide support to the Operations & Services Manager in their areas of responsibility for the security, cleaning, and maintenance of the Village
- Assist the Operations & Services Manager to set up, track and achieve budgets for the common costs of the Village
- Assist the Operations & Services Manager in developing and maintaining partnerships with 3rd party contractors
- Supervise daily maintenance, minor carpentry, brickwork, plumbing, electrical, painting and other projects carried out in the Village
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze electricity/water consumption data from the property and all brands within the Village.
- Develop dashboards and executive reports to support operational and strategic decision‑making.
- Train and support internal staff, brands, and external partners on best practices in energy efficiency.
- Create educational materials (guides, presentations, recommendations) tailored to different audiences.
- Promote a responsible and informed energy culture across the Village.
