Overview: The Monitoring & Automation Specialist will be a critical technical leader within Bunge's Business Technology organization, driving the strategy, implementation, and optimization of advanced monitoring and automation solutions across our integral IT landscape. This role requires using knowledge of Bunge’s business, structure, and strategy to develop innovative solutions that improve operational results and eliminate problems. The Specialist will build strong partnerships, appropriately influence to gain commitment, and contribute to fostering talent by coaching others in current or future roles. This individual will drive results through high standards, a keen focus on key priorities, strong organization, and by preparing others for technological changes.



This position manages projects and processes independently, working with limited supervision, and provides leadership and guidance to other professionals and support staff, ensuring the adoption of best practices and strategic alignment.

Main Accountabilities:

- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of sophisticated monitoring solutions for enterprise-level applications, infrastructure, and cloud services to ensure proactive identification of performance degradation and availability issues.
