Responsibilities

Manage the entire product life cycle for the portfolio, including hardware and software.
Lead market intelligence analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Define and maintain the portfolio roadmap, including new developments, enhancements, and phase‑outs.
Prioritize and oversee product development in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Define value propositions per segment and channel to support effective marketing strategies and product launches.
Continuously improve product management processes and tools such as configurators, training, and lifecycle management.
Drive cross‑functional innovation initiatives and provide input to R&D; for patents and intellectual property protection.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Strategy, or Business (e.g., MBA) preferred.
5–10 years of experience in product marketing,



product management, or product technology in a technology‑based organization.
Proven ability to influence and work with cross‑functional and cross‑cultural teams across geographies and time zones.
Solid knowledge of industrial hardware and software development.
Familiarity with medium voltage market, customers, competition, and standards preferred.
Strong analytical and decision‑making skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Collaborative, solutions‑oriented approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of fluency in English.

Certifications & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Postgraduate qualification in Marketing.
MBA.
