We are looking for a highly analytical and business-driven Ecommerce Business Analyst to support the growth and performance of our ecommerce business. This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the commercial performance of the online channel through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the daily performance of the ecommerce business through key commercial and digital KPIs.
- Analyze sales performance, gross margin, traffic, conversion rate, average order value, units per order, returns, and other critical ecommerce metrics.




- Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports to provide clear visibility of business performance.
- Analyze the effectiveness of promotions, pricing strategies, product performance, and commercial campaigns, providing recommendations to maximize sales and profitability.
- Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities through in-depth business analysis.
- Partner closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, CRM, Merchandising, Performance Marketing, and Product teams to improve business performance.
- Monitor the customer journey and conversion funnel, identifying opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience.
- Support commercial planning by providing data-driven insights and forecasting.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to identify commercial opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting and business analysis.
