We are looking for a motivated senior Data Governance Platform Engineer.
The adecuado candidate will have proven experience deploying and scaling Unity Catalog (UC) in large enterprise environments, along with deep expertise in data governance frameworks and tools. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a secure, well-governed, and high-performance data governance and management environment across the organization.
What are the tasks that you’ll perform?
- Manage and innovate the Databricks Unity Catalog and Collibra Data platforms used across the company within the focus area of Data Governance.
- Facilitate the use of these platforms, providing support and maintaining communication with data engineers and other technical stakeholders, enabling them to create innovative data solutions and products with our Data Governance solutions.
- Implement data lineage tracking, audit logging, and access monitoring, ensuring transparency and compliance.
- Enable self-service data access capabilities in line with business needs and data protection standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate Unity Catalog with other data governance and management tools (e.g., Collibra, RDM etc.).
