About the Opportunity

Do you want to make the most of the summer season in the vibrant perfumery and cosmetics sector? Randstad España is looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team in Marbella.

This summer campaign role offers an excellent chance to build your retail experience in a fast-paced, collaborative, and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Warmly welcome, engage, and guide customers visiting the store during the busy summer season.

- Checkout Operations: Handle cash register tasks, transaction management, and customer payments accurately.

- Stock & Replenishment: Receive, organize,



and restock merchandise on shelves continuously to keep the sales floor in prime condition.

- Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the team to maintain store order and display products according to brand guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Previous experience in the perfumery, cosmetics, or fashion retail sectors is required.

- Languages: Native or fluent Spanish language proficiency.

- Skills: Strong customer service orientation, proactive attitude, dynamic approach, and clear communication skills.

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team.

- Availability: Full flexibility to work assigned morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts depending on business needs.
