Experteer Overview
As a Staff Software Engineer on the GTI Agentic team, you define and drive the technical direction for autonomous security agents within the Security and Privacy domain. You architect large-scale infrastructure and ensure safety, security, and performance boundaries while mentoring engineers and influencing cross-team decisions. You bridge AI research and production-grade security applications, acting as a technical anchor for Google Cloud Security and the broader Google ecosystem. This role offers impact at scale, shaping AI-driven cyber defense and secure cloud platforms.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and drive the technical strategy, roadmap, and outlook for autonomous AI agents and platforms within the Security and Privacy (Threat Intelligence) domain
• Architect and lead the development of next-generation, large-scale agentic infrastructure with strong safety, security, and performance controls
• Mentor and grow mid-level and senior engineers, upholding high standards for code quality, design documentation, and reliability
• Influence strategic product and engineering decisions by bridging AI research and production-grade security applications
• Act as a key technical anchor and multiplier, collaborating with executive leadership across Google Cloud Security and the wider Google ecosystem
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in software development
• 5 years in testing and launching software products
• 5 years building software for data privacy or security (e.g., identity and access management)
• 3 years experience with software design and architecture
