We are looking for AI Engineers who are passionate about the power of AI and love turning agentic systems into reliable, production-grade products:



people who pair strong software engineering with applied AI, and who care as much about latency, evaluation, and robustness as they do about the model itself
Your job is to build and scale the agentic systems that power Aily’s decision intelligence platform — and to make sure they work in production, at enterprise scale
We develop the Super Agent – an agentic decision advisor that guides users from questions to decisions through natural dialogue
We also create vertical decision intelligence agents that synthesize insights across domains, helping F500 clients turn complex data into measurable business outcomes
This is all pulled together with the GenAI systems that surface insights and decision triggers to ensure users can respond to risks and opportunities immediately
