We do this by offering retail spaces, digital experiences, curated products, community, events and data-driven programs. Our first store in Madrid is our proof of concept, but our ambition is much bigger: to create recognizable urban sanctuaries across Europe.
We are now at a key point in the business. After launching our first store and online channel, we are building the core team that will help us scale with clarity, care and consistency.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Growth & Digital Manager based in Madrid. The primary responsibilities include driving digital marketing strategies to expand the brand’s online presence, overseeing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance data to improve content and engagement.
The role will also involve optimizing digital advertising efforts, managing e-commerce channels, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful integration of marketing initiatives. The Growth & Digital Manager will play a key role in scaling the business while maintaining Dr.You’s unique voice and values.
You will define and execute the growth strategy for the online business.
This includes:

- Building a clear digital growth roadmap
- Identifying the highest-impact growth opportunities
- Prioritizing initiatives across acquisition, conversion and retention
- Setting and tracking key digital KPIs
- Connecting digital performance with overall business goals
- Helping Dr.You scale in Spain and future European markets
- Building a test-and-learn culture
