the ICT Loyalty Product Owner is responsible for driving the evolution of CRM and Customer Data Platform capabilities to support customer engagement, loyalty, and business growth objectives
The role acts as the primary interface between business and technology teams, ensuring business needs are translated into scalable digital solutions while maintaining a holistic view across the CRM and customer data ecosystem
The successful candidate will be capable of connecting multiple functional domains, identifying synergies across initiatives, and driving consistency, efficiency, and reuse across CRM, loyalty, customer analytics, campaign management, customer data platforms, and emerging AI capabilities.
