Key responsibilities for this role include:

Lead the strategic direction and execution of the Cardiovascular portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth priorities.
Coordinate, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering collaboration, prioritization,



and high-performance execution.
Drive the development and implementation of the 2027–2031 strategic plan for the therapeutic area, identifying growth opportunities, portfolio priorities, and future business drivers.
Ensure successful preparation and execution of key launches.
Lead lifecycle management and optimization strategies for mature brands, ensuring sustained performance and competitiveness.
Provide strategic guidance on brand positioning, messaging, promotional campaigns, and omnichannel initiatives.
Maintain deep understanding of the market environment, including competitors, pricing dynamics, launch activities, customer insights, and market trends.
Oversee forecasting processes to ensure accurate demand planning and minimize stock risks.
Monitor business performance, P&L; evolution, A&P; investments, and key KPIs across the portfolio.
