Role Overview

As a Digital Solution Advisor Specialist for SAP SuccessFactors, you are a customer:facing HCM solution expert who plays a critical role in driving pipeline, supporting deals, and accelerating cloud adoption across the SAP Human Capital Management portfolio.

You translate customer HR and people strategy challenges into compelling, value:based solution narratives, partnering closely with Sales, VAT, and Customer Success teams. Your focus is on executive:level storytelling, solution discovery, and digital engagement, helping customers modernize HR processes and deliver exceptional employee experiences with SAP SuccessFactors.
