Solution Architect

Required Skills

Strong Solution Architecture experience with exposure to Data Platforms, Analytics, and AI/ML solutions.
7 - 12yrs in experience cloud platforms in Finance, Payroll, HR applications.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
Proven ability to engage with business leaders and drive requirements discussions.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Responsibilities

Lead solution design and architecture initiatives across Data, AI, and enterprise applications.




Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Drive solutioning discussions, architecture reviews, and technology recommendations.
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven and AI-enabled business solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor and go-to person for both business and technical teams.
Provide leadership in defining best practices, governance, and architectural standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, business domain owners, and executive stakeholders.
Support pre-sales activities, effort estimation, and strategic technology planning.
Must be expert in HR, Finance, Payroll. xqbhyrx Applications Domain.
