As a Commercial legal professional, you will bridge our Integral HQ and the Spanish market, delivering critical legal support to scale operations. You will draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and shape Tu0026amp;Cs for B2B/B2C. You will lead cross‑functional projects like Tu0026amp;Cs overhaul and cross‑border initiatives, balancing risk with business goals. This is a high-impact, autonomous role in a fast-growing tech platform.

Responsabilidades
• Law degree
• 4–6 years post-qualification experience
• Experience in top-tier law firm and in-house legal department
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Admitted to the Spanish Bar (valued)
• Experience with commercial, corporate law and tech/e-commerce environments
