We are looking for a Sales Representative to join the newly established Teltonika office in Madrid and support the growth of our Spanish business.
Teltonika's networking solutions business unitdevelops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.
Teltonika has been creating IoT solutions for over 27 years, with offices in more than 30 countries and over 2,700 employees worldwide. We are a family-owned Lithuanian company with a strong international growth mindset and a clear ambition to become a general leader in the IoT field.

In this role, you will:
- Identify your target clients, pursue new opportunities through proactive outreach, including outbound calls, emails, social media engagement, networking, and attending industry events.




- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients using a consultative sales approach that highlights Teltonika's value proposition.
- Regularly represent Teltonika Networks at meetings, exhibitions and networking events across Spain to promote our products and brand.
- Qualify leads and understand customer needs, business challenges and purchasing potential.
- Prepare tailored commercial offers and oversee contracts to meet and exceed sales development goals.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting through our internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical support and R&D; to ensure client needs are met with the best possible solutions and service.
- Provide regular updates on activities, pipeline, opportunities and market feedback.

What we expect of you:
- A performance-driven sales professional with app. 1-3 years of a track record of proven success in B2B sales.
- Ideally, with experience in IoT hardware
