In this role you help shape Glovo’s global talent by driving end-to-end recruitment across diverse regions. You will partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, craft sourcing strategies, and ensure a high-quality candidate and manager experience. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to build scalable TA programs and use data to continuously improve outcomes.
