Are you passionate about vehicle maintenance, operational efficiency,



and supporting essential business functions? We are looking for a talented Maintenance Coordinator I to join our Mechanic & Repairs team within the broader Fleet function.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our vehicles remain in top condition, supporting the seamless operation of our network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the coordination of vehicle repairs within the operations network, ensuring all repairs are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.
* Track the progress of ongoing repairs and maintain accurate, up-to-date administrative records for each vehicle.
* Ensure compliance with defined service levels and escalate repair issues or delays to senior team members as necessary.
* Communicate effectively with mechanics, service providers, and internal teams to ensure clear understanding of repair needs and status updates.
* Assist with monitoring and reporting on fleet maintenance activities
