In this role you own the day-to-day execution and reliability of payment flows for niche brands, ensuring secure, high-performing checkout experiences. You translate platform capabilities into business value by coordinating with cross-functional teams and monitoring incidents, risks, and feature readiness. You work within the Payments u0026amp; Fraud function to support governance, secure-by-design principles, and delivery excellence. This position offers the chance to shape multi-brand ecommerce payments within a general platform, with a clear impact on conversion and customer experience.

• Coordinate day-to-day payment operations for niche brands and ensure reliable transaction flows
• Assist rollout, validation and stabilization of payment platform capabilities with engineering, QA, DevOps and platform teams
• Track incidents, service degradation, provider issues and rollout risks with fast escalation and resolution
• Prepare and validate readiness for new payment features, provider changes, or checkout updates
• Support adherence to payment-control standards and secure-by-design principles
• Coordinate with fraud stakeholders to identify operational risks and recurring issues
• Document issues,



changes and status to improve visibility and control
• Serve as the main operational contact for payment topics and align platform teams with business priorities

Responsabilidades
• Experience in ecommerce operations, payments, checkout operations or digital platforms
• Hands-on exposure to payment operations, provider coordination and transaction-flow monitoring
• Experience in matrix organizations with product, engineering, QA, operations and business stakeholders
• Prior exposure to premium/luxury/beauty consumer ecommerce environments
• Understanding of ecommerce transaction flows, payment lifecycles and checkout dependencies
• Knowledge of payment-provider coordination and impact on conversion and customer experience
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams on APIs, integrations, incident follow-up and release validation
• Awareness of fraud-related operational controls and their link to performance
