As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Elastic, you'll play a key role in driving our continued growth by engaging prospective customers, understanding their business challenges, and creating high-quality opportunities that fuel our sales pipeline. Working closely with Account Executives and Marketing, you'll identify the right prospects, spark meaningful conversations, and help organizations discover how Elastic's platform can solve their most critical business challenges.

What You Will Do

Collaborate closely with your Account Executives and Marketing to identify target accounts, execute strategic campaigns, and generate high-quality pipeline across your territory.
- Create Meaningful Conversations: Engage inbound and outbound prospects through a thoughtful multi‑channel approach. Ask great questions, uncover business challenges, and qualify opportunities that create value for both the customer and our sales teams.
- Leverage Technology: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, Sumble, AI‑powered tools, and other sales technologies to research accounts, identify key decision‑makers, personalize your outreach, and maximize your effectiveness.
- Become an Elastic Expert: Develop a strong understanding of the Elastic platform, our AI‑powered solutions, and the industries we serve so you can confidently articulate business value and connect customer challenges with the right soluti
