We are seeking a Polish-speaking Account Executive to join a fast‑paced international sales team based in Madrid. This hybrid role focuses on the Polish market and requires strong commercial experience, excellent communication skills, and full comfort with KPIs, cold‑calling, and US‑aligned time zones. Candidates must already reside in Spain.

Location: Madrid, Spain

Work Model: Hybrid

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9:00–18:00; Friday 9:00–15:00

Salary: 30,000 EUR gross/year base + uncapped commissions

Relocation: Not provided (must already reside in Spain)

About the Role
The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to subscription closure. You will conduct client meetings, manage free trials, handle auto‑assigned leads, and collaborate closely with Customer Experience teams after subscription. This role requires resilience, strong commercial drive,



and the ability to maintain high call volumes (80–100 calls/day).

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to subscription

Conduct demos and client meetings

Manage free trial processes and handover to Customer Experience

Work with auto‑assigned leads

Achieve daily call targets (80–100 calls/day)

Meet KPIs related to calls, demos, trial‑to‑paid conversions, and MRR

Follow ramp‑up targets: M0 0%, M1 0%, M2 30%, M3 60%, M4 100%

Compensation & Benefits
Uncapped monthly commissions (600 EUR target)

Performance multipliers: 150% = full quarter adjusted to x3

Ramp‑up period with x1 multiplier until reaching 100%

Internal growth opportunities: AE2 (35,000 EUR base) and AE3 (40,000 EUR base)

Permanent contract

22 days of annual leave + discretionary days between Dec 24–31
