Job mission
Under the supervision of the After‑Sales Director, is the highest and direct responsible for the proper operation of the After‑Sales Service in the assigned areas, with the mission of achieving service optimization.
Specific tasks

- Analyze the reception of calls received during the day and the status of pending calls, analyzing their causes and scheduling their resolution.
- Frequently visit clients showing interest in their problems and ensuring their satisfaction with the service.
- Is responsible for the training of subcontracted technical service personnel and distributor technicians, scheduling courses whenever needs advise it.
- Supervises, coordinates, and controls the after‑sales of direct works in the assigned areas, organizing the necessary resources.
