We're looking for an engineer who will take technical ownership of one of our digital products, working across the entire product: from the specification and the algorithms running on board an excavator to the dashboard used by mine production managers around the world.

We're an engineering team working at the intersection of software, electronics and heavy industry. We collaborate daily with Product Engineering, Technical Services and customers to transform operational challenges into digital products deployed in mining environments.




THE ROLEWe work in small multidisciplinary product teams, each responsible for a complete solution.
You'll combine software development with product ownership, helping define what we build, how we build it and how we validate it in the field. You'll spend roughly 70% of your time building software and 30% driving product evolution.
You'll contribute directly to the implementation while helping coordinate the product's technical evolution together with the rest of the team.
Your product, end to endYou'll contribute across every layer of the product, helping ensure the complete solution works seamlessly.
- Specification: from product briefing to technical specs — use cases and verifiable acceptance criteria.
- Edge: the processing algorithms running on board the machine's ECU, offline-first.
- Backend: real-time event pipelines, APIs and KPIs in the cloud. This is where you build too.
