Responsabilidades

Lead and govern the IT/Cloud infrastructure program portfolio, including modernization, cloud migrations, datacenter consolidation, network evolution, and cybersecurity initiatives.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks.
Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, closure, ensuring strategic alignment of all projects with business and technology goals.
Oversee program budget, financial tracking, KPIs, and SLAs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT Operations, Cloud Engineering, Security, PMO, Vendor Management) and manage relationships with external service providers and technology partners.
Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables and technical documentation. Provide structured reporting to C-levels.
