This role owns three interconnected domains: the global HRIS platform (currently SAP SuccessFactors), end-to-end payroll operations across 20–30 countries and ~50 entities, and the Group's total rewards strategy.
It is both a "run" and "build" role — ensuring operational excellence today while building the Shared Services infrastructure for tomorrow.
