The Junior Digital Performance Analyst plays a key role within the European Media & Digital Hub by supporting the measurement, monitoring and analysis of digital media and owned media performance across European markets.

The role is responsible for ensuring that campaign and website performance data is accurately collected, monitored and transformed into clear, actionable insights through Funnel, GA4 and reporting tools. Acting as the Hub's day‑day performance monitoring resource, this position helps identify opportunities, detect issues early and support data‑driven decision‑making across brands, markets and channels.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Monitoring & Governance
- Own the day‑to‑day monitoring of digital performance across brands, campaigns and markets through Funnel dashboards.
- Track campaign performance across paid media, social media, search and owned media channels.
- Identify anomalies,



tracking issues or significant performance changes and proactively flag them to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure campaigns and websites are measured according to Hub governance standards and KPI frameworks.
- Validate data consistency, taxonomy compliance and reporting accuracy across markets and platforms.
- Support the Hub in maintaining a reliable and consistent view of digital performance.

Dashboard Management & Reporting
- Build, maintain and continuously improve performance dashboards used across the Hub.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources into clear, accurate and actionable reports.
- Ensure dashboards remain updated, user‑friendly and aligned with business needs.
- Support the automation and simplification of reporting processes where possible.
- Prepare recurring performance reports and executive summaries for stakeholders.
- Help ensure reporting focuses on insights and actions, not only on data.
